The most beautiful website I ever saw was a bare white page with a few bits of text, nicely placed, and some design documents.
It was, as I recall, published by a civil or mechanical engineer who had a special interest in teaching documentation of design. So have I. Though in my case it's software and database design.
Hence this first quasi post, which is, like the mysterious engineer's, hand-coded with a few lines of html.
